Subject: [PATCH] site: route download CTAs to latest Mac release + TestFlight

Hero "Download for Mac" now points at the GitHub /releases/latest page
(currently the signed + notarized v1.0-jun20 DMG), and the iPhone CTA +
nav "Get the app" point at the TestFlight join link. Previously all three
pointed at the build-from-source #setup anchor.
