Add scheduled message feature

Users should be able to schedule a message to send in the future.

This is useful to set an agent to run when rate limits reset, or overnight, so as to not conflict with 5 hour rate limits you might experience during prolonged work during the day.

Possibly a calendar icon next to the send button, or some keyboard shortcut e.g Cmd+Shift+Option+Enter to open a date/time picker.

There's a case that you could just ask an agent to use /bb-cli to schedule it... but if the rate limit is expired, then you can't ask an agent to do that :)

Ahhhhh! Yeah we can add some ui around this. Right now I use the automation feature, but the only way to invoke it is via cli (so you have to prompt an agent)!

Would just having a small form in the automations page be good enough?

We could also add this right inside of the chat composer. The usecase you are thinking of is just pinging a thread that is already there not creating a new one right?

Yep a thread that's already there.

e.g suppose I run into this, I want to schedule a message to send at 1:40PM

An alternative is 'send after rate limits reset'
