• Move all related to LAI and fAPAR to global carbon patterns chapter.
• Separate global carbon patterns chapter sensibly (not yet clear how).
• Illustrate coordination of AJ and AC showing their Farquhar curves for different light levels and demonstrating that the connecting line between intersection points is linear.
• In Biogeography chapter, vegetation height as a map (next to LAI, biomass, etc.) and add contents for topography-vegetation patterns from Ting's work (see slides of the same chapter).
• In Ecosystem Dynamics chapter, "unbox" the BPE, allocation fraction, and decay rate boxes: explain processes, responses to environmental change, and implications for dynamics.
• Change peatland map to Global Peat Map (Greifswald Mire Centre 2022) and/or Peat-ML (Melton
  et al. 2022).
• Extend phenology: multiple controls (GDD, day length), trends
• Samantha's Sentinel-2-based DOY-at-start/end of season map for Switzerland
