Display routed traffic on FNE Dashboard #21

Currently routed linked/ISSI traffic will not appear on the FNE dashboard.

If traffic comes from a peer (either connected or defined) that traffic is logged in traffic trace, but does not appear as activity on the FNE dashboard proper.
