File not opening

The IRIS_FLOWER_DETECTION.ipynb file is not opening.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://github.com/garimasingh128/awesome-python-projects/tree/master/IRIS_FLOWER_DETECTION'
2. Click on 'https://github.com/garimasingh128/awesome-python-projects/blob/master/IRIS_FLOWER_DETECTION/IRIS_FLOWER_DETECTION.ipynb'

Can I work on this bug and add a new file with Readme.

Large Jupyter files often do not load in Github you need to download it and then run it. The problem is inside GitHub CDN everything else is fine while running it.
