Long integration tests for array triggers

Add integration test which checks that a simulated file that checks the presence of a 1 MST + 1 SST event. That kind of integration test is missing though also for the LST hardware stereo trigger, the mono random trigger, the minimum separation requirement, etc

@orelgueta - do you remember what exactly we wanted to test here. I am struggling a bit.

I think the idea is to simulate enough events and check for the presence of 1 MST + 1 SST events in the output file (if they are expected). Same for single telescopes if the mono random trigger is requested and no single LSTs if the hardware stereo trigger is applied without mono random trigger. Lastly, the test should make sure we do not have events with just two triggered telescopes that are below the minimum separation requirement.

The reason for this test was the bug found back in October where the hardware stereo trigger did not work and we did not realise until we simulated enough events to see mono LSTs. At the time we checked for all the cases above as well, so the idea for the automatic integration test came about.
