Maven Central usage limits need adjusting

Describe the issue

Spotted when running through the release process for v1.1.0 - the Maven Central publishing portal is displaying a warning mentioning:

Action Required: Your organization is over the monthly publishing limits for Release Size and File Count. Adjustments can be made for open source projects, and Maven Central Publisher Pro is available for commercial publishing. Learn more

As per the usage docs, we need to contact the support team to request higher limits or an exemption with the following details:

When contacting central-support@sonatype.com, include:
- Namespace
- Organization
- Description of the project
- Explanation of the publishing pattern
- Whether the usage is sustained, occasional, or related to a specific event such as a security fix
- Reason higher limits or an exemption are needed

The limits will be enforced on October 1 2026.
