g3_optim: Parse lists of parameters and run all models in parallel

(possibly to be done as part of moving it to the gadget3 repo)

Instead of g3.iterative and pals having code for parallel runs, build it into ``g3_optim()``, to ``g3.iterative()`` just has to generate a list of parameter tables, not mess about with parallel.
