Table convertion

IMO should be added the capability to convert HTML tables to markdown tables.

As mentioned in the README, this is a port of turndown. I haven't tried it, but it seems that this plugin https://github.com/domchristie/turndown-plugin-gfm can support tables and convert them to github style tables. In case it helps as inspiration.

Copydown is a very useful library, thanks for developing it!
Do you intend on further enhancing it?
Indeed, table support would be neat, as currently, it seems Copydown generates paragraphs for each cell's content, rather than formatting the output in a Markdown table.
