Users are not redirected to login page after logout (`/logout` -> `/login`)

Not sure if this is an intentional design decision, but shouldn't we redirect the user from the placeholder logout page to the login page after successful logout action? Let me know if this was (or was not) intended. Right now, you have to either hit the back arrow in the browser or type the URL in manually.

Mostly intentional (simplest solution). The user should be able to access that paged while not logged in, since the front-end is HTTP-Cookie agnostic and doesn't have any info on the refresh token. But a redirect after getting a 200 OK from the server may be implemented.
