• Fresh codex review --base main on fstepho/anchormap-action completed with no actionable findings.
• Demo artifact spot-check downloaded run 25925864590 and confirmed the expected files: anchormap.scan.json, anchormap.check.json, anchormap.diff.json, anchormap.report.md.
• No tag, release, merge, Marketplace publication, PR comment automation, SaaS upload, bundle, JUnit, or SARIF behavior was added.

I also spot-read each anchormap.report.md. The reports contain an external-reader-readable summary, policy decision, change impact section, findings list, and suggested actions where applicable.
