[CON-161] Show option for creating subscription when creating endpoint and source (incoming) #1531
Description
Right now on the UI, we only show the toggle for automatically creating a subscription during onboarding. We should extend this feature to create endpoint and create source, allowing a user to automatically subscribe the endpoint or source created to a source or endpoint, respectively.
