If I use git clone link, how do I set authentication?

When I used git clone link, an authentication error occurs as shown below. Please let me know the problem.
"git clone - failed: remote authentication required but no callback set"

Did you clone the private git?

Actually we are using gitlab, and only those authorized by the administrator can use git clone.

Please let me know what to do if it's a git clone that requires authentication.
