Older jenkins version support

Why this plugin need Jenkins >= 1.598 ?
Is it possible to run it on older versions of Jenkins (e.g. 1.580.*) ?

It was actually due to an issue with testing. I might study to use an older
Jenkins version. Have you got any concerns about updating your Jenkins env?
They sometimes screw it up with updates (e.g. with version 1.600) but the
team is fast to deliver fixes.

We chose LTS version to not update too often. If something goes wrong, we suspend the work of a large number of people. I will talk with admin team about Jenkins actualisation.
I thought that dependence between Jenkins version is not so important.

I will try using LTS dependencies instead. Using 1.598 was actually a
random decision not really a requirement (we were using that version at
that time). I am out of the office for a few days (till tuesday). I will
let you know if I can safely downgrade deps to latest LTS version and
release 1.2 version of the plugin.

Anyway could you try the plugin? If you found something that does not fit
you I could fix it before next release. I plan to include a new filtering
parameter so we can filter out the not desired tests of the final report
but that requires changes in xunit plugin I have no access to except for
proposing a pull request.

Now I also have weekend :) On tuesday i will manual install plugin on 1.580.2 and check its working.
