Customised community discovery categories do not update the label beneath community name

Steps to reproduce

1. Fork fluxer and customise the discovery categories (see: here
2. Assign some communities to the custom category and add them to discovery
3. Check discovery and look at both the filter pills and the labels under the community

Expected behaviour

Both the pills and the community label should update and show the new category. nb: I understand it's not a default thing to customise however if people do, there should be consistency and the label should update as well as the pill

Actual behaviour

The pills updated to show the new category but the data-flx="discovery.discovery.discovery-guild-card.category" still displays the old category name (data tag from desktop version for finding its location)
