Can the client run without these, or are they actually linked? If the debug libraries are linked and unremovable, is there a way to leave out the 350+ megabytes of debug source files, which are presumably not actually used by Skype? Or is some of this stuff actually compiled during installation, due to variations in graphics drivers etc?
On my KDE machine, installing only flatpak and the Skype client consumes 3GB of disk space. (On my XFCE machine it looks to be around 6GB, but I don't have access right now to check out why that is.) Anyway it would be nice if we could cut down some of this.
