Design new UI

[Lexseal]

• Come up with a less intimidating user interface
• Sketch the UI and internally approve/disapprove changes
• Implement up to spec
• Modify welcome page to link to this flapjs instead of the old one since UI has improved
• Color theme should be UCSD according to Mia.
