I have been working on mps/apple silicon machine version of big-fish it works pretty well, but now I am trying to publish my paper so I need a more generalizable and accesible to most pepole, I tried to run my images (over 4020k10k pixels on z,x,y ) dimensions and it seems like there is no in-build function to run detection on gpu to accelerate. Are there any plans on improving the speed using gpu like cuda or other packages?
