When running ComSeg through Sopa on a small patch of CosMx data, the code runs, but I see no progress on the progress bar even after ~20 minutes running on 60 cores.
I do however get:
python3.11/site-packages/comseg/dataset.py:358: ConstantInputWarning: An input array is constant; the correlation coefficient is not defined.
corr = scipy.stats.pearsonr(exp_gene_source, exp_gene_target)[0]
Can you help with this or point me in the right direction for a solution?
