Split screen feature doesn't showup, gesture navigation doesn't work

Split screen and other normal features doesn't work while using launch recents

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...' launch recents
2. Click on '....' click and hold on any opened app
3. Scroll down to '....' NA
4. See error , options like split screen and Other doesn't show up

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I want gesture navigation to work and other basic features in launch recent menu to work
