Persisted LUT is not applied as expected

From an ImageJ mailing list thread:

After Luts is set to "Spectrum LUT" on Volume Viewer, ImageJ restarts. Then LUT is set to "Spectrum LUT", however, an image is not set to Spectrum LUT but "Original". This is problem when example macro as follows
runs with lut=2

run("Volume Viewer", "display_mode=4 lut=2 scale=2.5 axes=0
interpolation=2 angle_x=0 angle_z=0 angle_y="+ angle_y );
