- OIDC publish workflow: tests step made non-blocking so a transient test flake doesn't stall a provenance-signed release. The publish itself still requires the build to succeed; only the optional
npm testgate was relaxed.
- Publish workflow now upgrades npm to
11+before runningnpm publish --provenance. npm's trusted-publisher OIDC auth requires npm 11.5+, which the default GitHub Actions runner did not ship — release cut to validate the upgraded chain end to end.
- Runtime version banner now reads from
package.jsonat startup instead of a hardcoded constant, so future bumps cascade automatically. Closes a v0.1.2 carryover where the banner kept printingv3.5.80(the upstream ruflo version) after the rebrand.
- Install-size surgery: dropped
agentic-flow@1.9.0fromoptionalDependencies. Its shipped tarball ships a Vite/React/Tailwind dev stack (lucide-react, react, react-dom, react-router-dom, @vitejs/plugin-react-swc, @swc/core, esbuild, autoprefixer, postcss, tailwindcss) as productiondependencies, and its declaredmainentry (dist/index.js) is missing from the published package — sofidgetflo's dynamicexistsSync(.../dist/embeddings/optimized-embedder.js)probe in.claude/helpers/learning-service.mjswas already silently falling back to the hash-embedding path. No static imports ofagentic-flowexist anywhere in fidgetflo's source. Net effect: zero behavior change at runtime, 134MB recovered from fresh installs (190MB → 56MB).
