Allow parsing when _cierre_ is present #9
Description
Sometimes I need to parse a single file, and it happens that the values include the timestamp cierre, with the current behaviour, those values would be skipped, because the app expects to parse a bunch of files rather than a single one. Add some option to force parsing in spite of the read timestamp.
