Some cells (especially on the phytoplankton sizes) are too fragile and gets damaged by a concentration process.
It would be nice to have a process that allows for imaging of a direct non-concentrated sample.
Ideally this process would discard either all empty images, or just empty parts of images by doing a real time segmentation.
