frontend/node-red-dashboard: Add a confirmation dialogue when selecting the hardware version

This feature request was split off from #209. Currently, selecting the hardware version will cause an irreversible overwrite of previous settings.

Describe the solution you'd like
Before the previous settings are overwritten, there should be a dialog box asking the user to confirm that change and showing the specific changes which will be made to the hardware settings file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It would be acceptable (though less ideal, but still fine) if the confirmation dialog didn't show the specific changes which would be overwritten.

@BiyouS As part of the redesign of the Node-RED dashboard, we'll need to discuss what UX we want to provide for changing hardware settings, e.g. to different presets designed for different hardware versions. The decision we make might supercede this issue, in which case I will close this issue as "wontfix".
