Describe the problem you'd like to solve
So, there is yearly required authorization for cars need to be done and you dont want to leave your work to do that so you hire someone that will do that for you and will wash your car and bring your car home (i must mention that if the car is more than 5 years old so they will ask for something to be fixed then you will be burning few hours to go to the mechanical and get anything fixed so the process can include an initial check with a mechanical so you can reduce or maybe eliminate the possibility of failure for first time)
Who are the stakeholders?
people who are busy and cant leave their work to do the test also lazy people .
What is currently being done to solve this problem?
currently some people might leave their work and lose salary or go on the weekend and burn few hours(from my experience)and wait until the process has finished
