Integrate Johan's design in the extension environment

• Space between labels and boxes on Register page and Key authorization page
• Email Design - for the key authorisation
• Toggle switch for the Enable/disable Plugin
• Facet logo on left Tool bar needs margins.
• Logout button and - setting not aligned (logged in pop up)
• Messages (e.g., save notification) on bottom left (not top right)
• Get rid of “My Facets”
• Add copyright line at the bottom of the extension
• Bring buttons on top closer to each other
