Promote facet configuration to a certain domain other than itself

As a customer, I want the ability to promote a facet configuration from/to different websites.

For instance, this could be the ability to create facets from localhost and applying facets to www.example.com, or creating facets from product.example.com and applying them to both qa.example.com and example.com.
