[Build from source] React Native 0.81.4 Cannot build from source when following the doc

Description

Following this doc to build from source for React Native. But cannot run yarn android. I think I missed something from the docs?

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a fresh project
2. Following doc from https://reactnative.dev/contributing/how-to-build-from-source
3. run yarn android

Hi @kyunkakata, I can't reproduce the problem here on my end, the application builds normally.

Can you share how did you configure the project? Especially package.json?

I found out that when i using nightly like this:

work fines.
but if I use

doesn't work. Can you @migueldaipre share you share your own package.json config for react native 0.81.4?
