Additional Error for `output.error_message`

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The following errors should be added to the get_error_message functionality:

1. Cannot find the libmpi library. (I am not sure whether this also involves a version check for openmpi?)
2. Number of processes in parallel execution exceeds number of pairs
3. MOinp error: Input geometry does not match current geometry
