Travis builds fail while trying to build regression images

The travis-ci file in the f5-cccl repo has fixed (and outdated) version references to the k8s-bigip-ctlr and marathon-bigip-ctlr which are causing some builds to fail (see for example, https://travis-ci.org/f5devcentral/f5-cccl/jobs/433234146).

Note: we've stopped running the f5-cccl regression tests and instead rely of the CC regressions to detect problems with the CC and all of its f5 dependencies (including cccl), and should stop building these regression images.
