config behaviors not picked up when added to editor.ruby #25

use-rbenv, use-rvm, etc...
One idea-- the LT autocomplete seems to expect they get parameters, and I'm pretty sure I copied them from ruby-exe (which works).
I'm pretty sure this is the root cause of #24
