Integrate the llhttp-ffi parser into the runtime

Goals:

• Should bundle the prebuilt DLL/SO with the runtime (download and include artifacts in build process)
• Should add the llhttp bindings API to package.preload so that require can load it
• Should expose the bundled version via llhttp.version (or similar)
• Should test that the full API is available
