Get synopsis, thought, textsc working better with the standard builders

Right now a synopsis will appear when you build HTML, but as a completely undifferentiated chunk of text. Figure out how to wrap a synopsis in a section and include a title.

thought and textsc have the same problem -- they should have some style associated.
