Docs refer to op-program (and other updates needed?)

The docs refer to op-program. I'm not sure if op-program even works now (does it?), but in any case we should probably update them to refer to Kona instead.

And this might be an indication that the docs haven't had enough attention, we should take another pass at the docs overall.
