Feature: Create a cloud hosted simulated lab environment.

I want to be able to enable others to use a cloud hosted environment that resembles the setup I have in my home lab.

This feature was inspired by this Proxmox Forum Thread

Network Labs Using Nested Virtualization in the Cloud

Supposedly Azure has supported Nested Virtualization since 2018:

• Nested Virtualization in Azure
• Create a nested virtual machine in a Microsoft Azure Linux VM

Google Cloud also appears to support Nested Virtualization

it is unclear whether AWS supports this.
