[feature request] Web Settings Tool To Edit settings.json

We have so many settings inside settings.json now (GetOptions). Yet I dont' see any documented way that we are supposed to interact it by default?

Wouldn't it be nice if there was an app like the firmware update app which doesnt' install anything on the watch but allows you to change the json settings and upload it? Else I feel like I have no control of these values unless I know some nerdy things about espruino (like boot.js or terminal writeJSON?)

Or does such a thing already exist and i've overlooked it?

Or it could be in the 'more section' of the BangleApps page , where we do resets and stuff.

That could be useful - you could add an interface.html to the settings app to allow users to change settings from a laptop/PC instead, for example
