Drag & Drop actions in action board

It would be fun to be able to drag and drop an action from one column to another in the action board.

Pros:

• Easier to change labels of an action

Cons:

• The current design of Semantic Actions allows for an action to be represented in multiple columns in one action board. I don't know how drag and drop would work considering that.
• Changing columns would cause the label to change, which should be saved in the action wiki page. Would this UI feature cause a ridiculous amount of page saves? Does that matter?
