doc/README: Embench mailing list link appears unavailable

I noticed that the documentation points users to the Embench mailing list for comments and questions (see section 'feedback-and-how-to-contribute'):

For me, this link is not usable, and the Google Group page also appears unavailable:

• https://groups.google.com/g/embench/
• Error shown: "Content is unavailable"

Could you please update the documentation with the current/working contact channel (mailing list, forum, or issue tracker), if the old one is deprecated?
