Second chamber listing incorrectly

From what I can tell problem seems to be related to duplicate gods; second chamber hammer/reward will instead be a duplicate god, second chamber duplicate god will instead be a random reward, random reward will sometimes be the wrong reward (with duplicate god on an Erebus gate). From what I can tell all of these scenarios can also appear correctly as listed, and it seems unrelated to Erebus gates (sometimes the Erebus gate has "eaten" the second chamber reward, sometimes it is as listed even with an Erebus gate, sometimes no gate is present and it is incorrect). Happens with all gods, despite all my examples being Dio
