Integrate CodeRabbit.ai with the repository to enable automated, AI-assisted pull request reviews on GitHub.

CodeRabbit will automatically analyze PRs and post contextual review comments covering code quality, potential bugs, best practices, maintainability, and security directly on pull requests. The integration can run in non-blocking mode initially.

Although we already use GitHub Copilot (code generation) and Sourcery AI (IDE-level refactoring), CodeRabbit adds unique value by working at the repository level as an automated PR reviewer, providing consistent, scalable review feedback on every PR without relying on manual execution.
