based on the naming convention for Moodle plugins, the repository name should match the pattern: moodle-{plugintype}_{pluginname}.

Thank you for taking the time to review the plugin!

The repository name moodle-factor_telegram already follows the pattern moodle-{plugintype}_{pluginname} where plugintype is factor and pluginname telegram.

This matches the component defined in version.php (factor_telegram).

I noticed the plugin is currently listed under "Other tools". Would it be possible to move it to the appropriate category for MFA factor plugins? I believe this would help users discover it more easily.
