Update installation notes

Seems that at some point kibana (based on this and what I see with Kibana 5.4.1) comes bundled with sense (which is labeled 'Console'). Would be nice to be able to reflect that in documentation.

Well, this project and console are really two different things, which is the meaning behind the bold text at the top of the repo. Would you mind submitting a PR with what you think it should look like?
