Select entity

Hello,

Is there any plan to add a Select entity to this amazing component?

The idea would be to "listen" on the UART interface and set the select entity option accordingly, but also be able to send a command over UART when an option is selected from HomeAssistant. Similar to the available Switch entity but with the possibility to define as many options as needed instead of only the two options possible for the Switch entity (ON and OFF).

There hasn't been any plan so far, but I'll go ahead and add the select entity.
Implementing it to work in a lambda form shouldn't take too long.
