[Feature Request] Hosting Webhook Triggers Publicly for App Service support #1408

Motivation
Currently if user host locally then user can't use slack trigger because it depends on a publically available api:
Solution
- perhaps use ngrok service?
- or another solution from slack:
- https://api.slack.com/methods/conversations.history
Alternatives
Slack Oauth?
