Animate only once and not on recomposition

If I have a chart on LazyColumn the chart would animate every time it comes on screen. There is no option to animate it once per page.

You can see the charts scrolls every time they appear on the viewport.

Right, i understand.
I think i should move logical codes to something like view model in next versions to fix this.
