Failed to apply pending changes

New windows 10 install, all options are currently failing with "Failed to apply pending changes". Is there an error log I can look at?

Sorry for the late response. There are some minimal log options (beside the theme toggle), but they won't help much. I was planning for a comprehensive logging system. Hopefully, this weekend will be able to work on it and add some other improvements.

I will be able to look into your issue after that.
But for now, can you pinpoint which patch is causing this issue? Or is it on all issue?
If you are facing this issue on all patch, you should check if you've run it as admin or not.
