Add CoachmarkOverlay prop disableBackgroundNext

thanks so much for building this module! I'm using it to improve the tutorial in my game <3

I needed to disable accidental taps outside of the coachmark from advancing or dismissing it.

I patched it locally by editing line 174 in CoachmarkOverlay.tsx (line 152 in .js):

- <Pressable style={StyleSheet.absoluteFill} onPress={next} />
+ <Pressable style={StyleSheet.absoluteFill} onPress={undefined} />

could we get this as a proper prop option? I think many other folks would benefit from it! thanks again!

Thanks for the feedback, @tarotfocus! This is a valid use case, backdrop taps currently advance the tour via next, which can be accidental in game tutorials. I agree we should support disabling that. Planning to add it as a configurable option while keeping the current behavior as the default. Appreciate you sharing your patch!
