Cannot properly install under eclipse oxygen

I installed the plugin and looked for the com.ecmdeveloper.plugin.lib_2.3.0\lib under plugins, however it was not there. I created it and put the required lib in there as well. Then restarted eclipse, but it still complains that the libraries are not there when I try to import a content engine object store.

The new way of installing Eclipse is using the installer application (previously you just did an unzip). This installer does something called Bundle pooling. This means that the plugins are located in a different spot. They are now stored in a folder relative to your user profile. So on a Mac look for the folder /Users/{username}/.p2/pool/plugins and on Window for the folder C:\Users\{username}\.p2\pool\plugins. I will update the documentation accordingly.
