What

Formally review the feature-level architecture (feat_arc_sta, feat_arc_dyn) for the Time feature in the score/ repository and advance it to :status: valid(inspected).

Acceptance Criteria

• feat_arc_sta and feat_arc_dyn directives have :status: valid(inspected)
• Inspection findings (if any) are resolved or accepted as known issues before status change
